Apple vs. Samsung. To be continued…
The Apple Company is the one of the most prosperous manufacturers of portable devices, which made its products being of really high demand among people.
Very frequently news about crisis referred to lack of Apple phones or tablets in shops, comes from different countries.
Even after Steve Jobs has died, workers of the company managed to maintain previous demand and influence at the market. There is no doubt that it made it clear for people, that the company kept to amaze the world with applying new technologies used in devices Apple manufactures.
However, it hardly stops company management struggling with their main competitors.
In Germany there are still processing the deal between Apple and Samsung. Apple has brought a complaint against Samsung to prohibit selling Samsung items in the country.
The main idea of this complaint is to ban the latest models of smartphones and tablets of South Korean manufacturers, including Samsung Galaxy S II and other devices, in Germany.
As to arguments, Apple pleaded that the defendant company has broken patent laws. As a result, selling such devices has to be prohibited in Germany.
The benefits Apple hopes to get are to "crash” one more competitor and thereby to attract attention of numerous customers which can buy more smartphones of the American manufacturer.
It is fair to note, that not only popular smartphone of South Korean company is to be banned but as well the new Galaxy Tab 10.1, that is the just one real competitor of iPad 2.
